Cloud plans require a secure account created via the app dashboard.Billing FAQ
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time through the Profile menu in the app. You will
continue to have access to your plan's features until the end of your current billing period.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use Paddle as our merchant of record. Your payment information is processed entirely
by them using industry-standard encryption and security protocols. NullPad never stores your credit
card details.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscriptions. If you're not satisfied,
contact us at contact@nullpad.app within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund.
Can I switch between Pro and Advanced?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, the change is immediate
and the cost is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your notes are stored locally on your device first. If you cancel your subscription and move to the
Free Plan, we will maintain all your existing cloud data for 30 days in read-only mode so you can
pull it to your devices. If you have more than 2 documents, cloud sync will be locked until you
upgrade or reduce your count. After 30 days, we retain only your 2 most recently updated documents
in the cloud.
